So far, I had three of these.The first one I broke (as you may) because I did not remember the specific instructions for removing the phone. The top of the case has to be pried off the phone and the phone needs to be then pulled straight out of the case. DO NOT in any way tilt the phone trying to remove it as it will snap the connection to the phone.The second one, I ordered lasted about one day before giving me a "Water intrusion detected" notice!The case was never near water!Their return policy was excellent with no hassle. I was sent a new one the next day.
