Maybe it’s the charging cables I use, can’t tell but it seems to take forever to FULLY charge and then empties quickly when it recharges the phone. My old ones (which were flimsy and one stopped working) would recharge my phone twice over on one charge, not do with this one, so while it’s fine for a while it could be better. The case is sturdy, don’t think the buttons will fall off like the others and even tho I’m using an Apple charging cable it doesn’t always allow Apple car play to connect which means removing it when I drive which is a pain! So I never know which makes it not so reliable. Around the house if fine but that defeats the purpose. Next time I will stop throwing money around on less costly models and get the real deal from Apple.
